We’re closing out our series: Renewal this Sunday. Nehemiah finishes the wall, throws a concert and a parade, and then the book keeps going. The Title for our message is “Off the Leash,” Nehemiah 11-13.

As we continue our Renewal series in Nehemiah 9 & 10, we’ll explore the difference between being moved by a moment with God and allowing that moment to shape the way we live. Together, we’ll consider why genuine renewal requires more than inspiration. It calls for a deeper commitment to becoming the kind of people who can build the community God is calling us to become.

In our next study of Nehemiah, the wall is finished but the work is not. Before we take steps, it is important to know God’s direction. Many steps in the wrong direction is still the wrong direction. This week, we will look at what God is rebuilding in us to impact what He can build through us.

Join us as we continue our study into Nehemiah going on Chapters 5 and 6.

This week in our Renewal series, we’ll explore Nehemiah 3–4 and discover why the people who remain aren’t simply “what’s left” - they are the people entrusted with building what comes next. We’ll shift from simply being present to participating with our whole hearts as we ask, “What will you put your heart into building?”

This week in our Renewal series, we’ll look at Nehemiah 1–2 and confront an important reality: we’ve been through something. Together, we’ll honestly consider not only what happened to us, but we will also look at the impact of what happened - and how God begins the work of renewal in our lives.

This Sunday we will be starting our new series “RENEWAL” with a team-preached lesson from Jay Jarrett, David Bruce, and Aleesha Perez. The lesson, titled “Remember Me” will help us get started to kick off our study on the book of Nehemiah. Please join us for what we hope will be a deep and thought-provoking lesson.

Have you ever had something happen that left you wondering, “God, I know You could have done something about this…so why didn’t You?” This Sunday, we’re closing out our On My Heart series with a message called “It’s All Bad.” Through the honesty of David in Psalm 13, we’ll wrestle with what happens when what God allows doesn’t match what we expected and discover if we can be right about what happened, but wrong about what it means.
