I remember so many times coming home from work and thinking that scrolling on social media would be a fun distraction after a day of working, only to find that being distracted didn't actually help me decompress like I thought it would. Often, all that time of social media actually made me feel more depressed, more anxious, or just more drained.

In today's episode, we will explore 3 ways that you can break the cycles of doomscrolling -- and, in ways that are fun and not legalistic. We may not always see how time on our phone affects our faith, but the little distractions and vises can get their grubby tentacles all over our ability to discern God's voice.
