Back in the days of Jesus, there weren't nearly as many influences encouraging rebellion of the youth. In the same vain, there wasn't nearly as much temptation to tempt those in a marriage covenant. Actors on the world stage are playing their roles brilliantly now, collectively moving the social conscience further and further away from its Creator. Dan Crenshaw claims to be a Christian, and yet essentially called Jesus a fictional archetype like Superman, and when asked about it by a teenage girl, responded harshly, shaming her for questioning his faith without any explanation.
