  • Grow with Gratitude- A Pathway to Peace & Possibility
    2026/04/24

Trust After Trauma- Episode #36 Grow with Gratitude, A Pathway to Peace & Possibility

In this episode, we explore how gratitude can gently shift your perspective from what feels heavy to what is still good, present, and possible. Growing with Gratitude is about more than saying “Thank you”—it’s a practice of noticing small moments, honoring your resilience, and allowing appreciation to soften the heart after difficult experiences. With conscious awareness of how Gratitude grows your good, you will start to strengthen your connection to what you are focusing on that is creating more Good/God in your life.

Through simple reflections and daily practices, you’ll discover how gratitude can create a sense of peace within and open the door to new possibilities, helping you move forward with hope, strength, and grace.

Here are three gentle reflection questions for the week:

    • What is one small moment from today that I can feel truly grateful for, and why does it matter to me?
    • How has my journey—both the challenges and the growth—shaped the strength I carry today?
    • What might shift in my life if I chose to focus more on what is present and possible, rather than what is missing?

  • “Listening to Your Inner Voice – A Gentle Reflection After Trauma.”
    2026/03/13

Trust After Trauma- Episode #30-Katia Ferreira

“Listening to Your Inner Voice – A Gentle Reflection After Trauma.”

After trauma, many people lose connection with the quiet inner voice that once guided them. Healing invites us to slow down, listen with compassion, and gently reconnect with the wisdom within. As trust in ourselves grows again, that inner voice becomes a steady guide toward peace, clarity, and a more empowered future. She also includes a simple ‘practice’ to help them to be in touch with their inner voice when the mind becomes too noisy after painful experiences.

    Bio :

Katia Ferreira is the creator of the Midlife Magic Method™, a transformational approach designed to help women reconnect with their inner truth, rebuild self-trust, and create a new chapter of life with clarity, peace, and purpose.

Originally trained as a physical therapist, Katia has been working for decades associating body, emotions, thoughts, and spiritual patterns that often lie beneath physical pain and life struggles. This integrative perspective led her to create Heal from Within a program that explores the deeper connections between body, emotions, and inner awareness.

Katia is also a contributing author to the upcoming book The Power of Trust, where her chapter explores the theme “Trust Yourself First” and the role of inner guidance in healing and personal transformation.

Today she works primarily with midlife women through individual sessions, courses, mentoring, and teachings that guide them back to their own inner trust and wisdom.
