The Gulf of Mexico really thought it was doing something with Tropical Storm Isaias, but honestly, it’s giving pure side-eye and boomer energy. It’s out there throwing a whole temper tantrum, trying to upgrade its subscription to a full-blown hurricane, but the work ethic is simply not there. It's aiming its dramatic little track straight toward Alabama and the Florida Panhandle for Friday night, leaving Louisiana completely out of the chat.
For everyone over in southeast Louisiana, this storm is a certified nothingburger. You’re basically just getting the splash zone of this circus. The worst of the vibes hitting your neighborhood tomorrow will just be some casual rain puddles and 35–40 mph wind gusts. It’s just enough breeze to knock over an empty trash can or test Entergy's absolute trash tier power grid, but nothing that’s going to ruin your aura. Your angels definitely hit the mute button on the ocean for you, so you can just sit back, keep your phone charged, and watch the east coast deal with the main-character syndrome of this soggy drama queen.
