A holy relationship is one where we are not attached to the people and things in our lives. We see them as part of this journey and nothing more. It might sound cold, but in fact it is spiritual freedom to focus on our journey and why we came here. When we focus on other people and the stuff we have; we are lost in this world and its illusions. This is not real; unless, you want it to be.

Faith is an acceptance that a higher power exists and is one with us. This higher power: call it God, Buddha, Allah, Mohammed etc. It is a force at work to guide us and help us on this journey.

This world's narrative plays a large role in why we are unsure and not confident about seeking our true self. There is an investment in the fantasy of this world and a need to meet a misguided goal that has no value or meaning in what we truly are or where we are going to. There is freedom in self discovery and a way back to what we are and why we are here.
