  • From the First Adam to the Last Adam
    2026/04/02

In this powerful episode of Tribe Talk, we take you inside one of the most impactful sessions from Infil 4.0. Mike Sanders opens the weekend by going straight to the heart of identity and purpose in Christ, unpacking what it really means to live as men formed by the “Last Adam,” not defined by the fall of the first.

So many of us feel the tension between who we know we’re called to be and how we actually live day to day. We feel the weight of responsibility, the pull of culture, and the quiet nagging sense that we’re missing something about what God is really after in our lives. In this conversation, Mike and Jim revisit Mike’s opening session from Infil 4.0 and walk through the key moments, scriptures, and themes that had the room leaning in.

You’ll hear Mike trace the story from Genesis to Jesus, showing how man’s mission has shifted from the first Adam’s failure to the Last Adam’s victory. They talk candidly about how identity in Christ isn’t a nice idea but a completely new starting point for how we see ourselves, our work, and our role in God’s Kingdom. Along the way, Mike and Jim share high points from the weekend, personal reflections, and practical takeaways you can carry into your own life, family, and community.

    If you’ve ever wondered:

    - What does it really mean that I’m “in Christ”?
    - How does Jesus redefine manhood and mission?
    - How do I move from striving and insecurity to rooted confidence in Him?

…this episode will give you language, vision, and encouragement.

Settle in and listen to the recorded session, then stick around for Mike and Jim’s honest recap and reflections on what God did at Infil 4.0. Our hope is that you walk away clearer about who you are in Christ, why you’re here, and how to live from the strength of the Last Adam, not the shame of the first.

  • Men…It is Time to Infiltrate!
    2026/03/10

In this episode of *Tribe Talk*, we pull back the curtain on our recent Junto Tribe men’s encounter at Camp Timpoochee in Niceville, Florida. Twice a year, men from different backgrounds, stories, and seasons of life step away from the noise to recalibrate around who they are in Christ and what they’re called to do in the world. This weekend was no exception.

Mike, Jim, Keith, and Jacob sit down to unpack why getting away with the fellas isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity for any man who wants to live as a true disciple, servant, warrior, scholar, craftsman, explorer, and leader for the Kingdom. They share honest reflections from the weekend, powerful moments from the sessions, and the kind of unfiltered conversation that only happens when men are shoulder‑to‑shoulder, not just face‑to‑face.

    In this episode, you’ll hear:

    - Why “infiltration” is a better posture for men than passively retreating from culture
    - How time away with brothers in Christ exposes lies, strengthens identity, and reorders priorities
    - Practical ways to stay connected to mission when you come back home to work, family, and everyday pressures
    - Stories of breakthrough, conviction, and encouragement from the latest Junto Tribe encounter

Whether you were at Camp Timpoochee or you’re listening from miles away, this conversation will help you see why intentional brotherhood is essential if you want to live out your calling with clarity and courage. You don’t become a stronger man for the Kingdom by accident. It happens when you deliberately step into environments that stretch you, sharpen you, and send you back into your everyday life with renewed focus.

If you’ve felt isolated, spiritually tired, or stuck in survival mode, consider this your invitation to re-engage. Listen in as the guys process what God did among the men of the Junto Tribe and issue a clear challenge:

    Men, it’s time to infiltrate.

  • Want the Answers to the Test? — Hear What Women Want
    2026/02/18

If marriage is one of the biggest decisions a man will ever make, why are so many young men today confused, delayed, or checking out of the process altogether?

According to the Pew Research Center, the way we approach marriage has shifted dramatically in just a few generations. In 1950, the median age for first-time marriage was 22.8 for men and 20.3 for women. By 1975, it barely moved. But in 2025, those numbers jump to 30.2 for men and 28.6 for women. At the same time, Americans still say the “ideal” age to get married is around 26.5.

    So what’s going on?

Young people point to financial pressure, student debt, unstable careers, and economic uncertainty. They mention the rise of alternative lifestyles, shifting cultural norms, and a dating landscape that has moved from in-person connection to swipes and screens. Add in fear of divorce and broken families, and it’s no surprise many men are hesitant, passive, or simply lost when it comes to pursuing marriage.

But Scripture paints a different picture. In Genesis 2:18, “The Lord God said, ‘It is not good that man should be alone; I will make him a helper fit for him.’” God’s design for man and woman, and for marriage itself, hasn’t changed, even if the culture has.

In this episode of *Tribe Talk*, Mike and Jim decide to stop guessing what women want and go straight to the source. They’re joined by Maddie Marion and Elise LeMire for an honest, practical conversation about Christian dating, expectations, and what godly women are actually looking for in a man.

    Together, they talk about:

    - How modern dating culture is shaping the way men and women relate
    - What Christian women desire in a man’s character, leadership, and spiritual life
    - Common mistakes men make in dating and how to correct them
    - How to pursue a woman with clarity, courage, and respect in a confusing age

If you’re a young man who wants to marry someday, but you feel unsure about how to move forward, this episode gives you a rare gift: real answers from real women who love Jesus.

Want to hear what Christian women want? This is your chance.
