    Words of Wisdom

    Thank you for writing all this down. It comes from my heart through your heart to the hearts of many and it will open their minds to the possibility of life after life.

    We know life goes on, for you this is more difficult to grasp.

    I see how scared some people are and wish so much to be able to say, “don’t worry” and “life goes on”.

    I have wanted to write this book to show you how you can already experience this coming existence now, while you are in this body.

    I don’t know how successful it will be, but we must try.

    When you realize what an absolute joy and sense of freedom awaits you in this next step, you will hopefully be able to enjoy this life even more.

    Ideally, it will feel like stepping onto a moving staircase.

    You will feel light and be light and your essence will know where you are going.

    You become part of the whole and the more you feel this in this present life already, the easier this step is for you.

    It is part of life.

    And what remains ?

    The most important part: The love that you shared and received.

    Nobody can take this love away from you.

    This is why you came, to experience this love on Earth. It’s as simple as that.

    It may have many shapes or forms, but it is always that: Love.

    It is who you truly are.

    I love you.

    Cat Exercise

    Have you heard that us cats can see in the dark ?
    I’m sure you have.

    And you do too, you just seldom use this ability.

    It might stem from the fact that many are also afraid to be in the dark.

    So, I would like to take you on a little journey to show you that you too can see in the dark – even if maybe not as well as us cats do.

    Find a room you can make completely dark.

    Sit down and make yourself comfortable.

    Now turn off all the lights and close your eyes.

    You can listen to some music if you prefer, you may discover that you enjoy the music even more than usually.

    After a few minutes, open your eyes very gently. At first, just a little bit, and with these half open eyes look around you.

    At first it will look dark around you, but then you might notice that you can in fact see some forms or shapes.

    Maybe you even see some light – it can be white or blue or other colours too.

    Just look around you, really relaxed and notice what you notice.

    Don’t strain your eyes and don’t try to focus too much on something or other.

    And then close your eyes again and listen to the music. Relax your eyes and if you wish, you can repeat the exercise.

    How does it feel to see some shapes ?

    You can also get up and wander around and notice what you see.

    The next time you may feel more familiar already.

    When you are ready, open your eyes and turn on the light, ideally a small light first, until your eyes have adjusted to the light.

    Now you have experienced what we cats see at night. As you can see (!) this is something you can do as well.

    Twirling – Heart & Soul

    We can do the exercise we can do whenever we are in fear. It is just a twirling of the arms.

    The arms are relaxed by our sides and we twirl the right arm clockwise and the left arm anti-clockwise.

    At first it’s easy to twirl the arms, then there is a bit of a resistance, as if you were stirring in a soup

    or wafting in a cloud. You circle with both arms at the same time and become aware of any changes.

    · Does it change how you are standing ?

    · Does it change how you are breathing ?

    · Does it change how you see things ?

    · How do you feel while you are stirring these

    two pots ?

    You can do this until you feel a sigh or yawn, or a big breath.

    · What else do you feel and experience ?

    Now try to think of something that usually makes you afraid.

    Keep twirling your arms.

    Notice what happens:

    · Do you feel the fear ?

    · Or do you just know what it would be, but don’t actually feel it ?

    · What did you discover ?

    It is an exercise to bring you more into the body, connect your soul with you more firmly.

    It also helps you keep your fears at a distance, mainly because you yourself, your soul, is anchored safely in your heart and body.

    You are there, heart and soul, really present and your fears step aside.
