Today's episode is about having a new mindset when it comes to my health. Having a diagnosis of Type2 Diabetes I have been on this rollercoaster for years and I am now tired of the ride and I want to be healthy without having to take insulin so I am determined to take action.
1. eat healthy 2. exercise and 3. Spend more quality time in prayer.
