“Why are you alive?” I am often asked.
By divine design is surely an answer as to why I am alive. It is an
abSOULute miracle that I survived my MK Ultra victimization to heal and
expose perpeTraitors and their nefarious crimes against humanity.
Especially Bushes and Clintons. I am acutely aware many did not survive
exposing half what I did in TRANCE Formation of America.
TRANCE Formation of America is a pivotal reason why I am alive for
several reasons.
Intelligence insider Mark Phillips is key. Mark was working the highest
levels of intelligence mind sciences to preserve the sanctity of free thought.
He was a spook, which meant he had Clearance to be any where he chose
wearing any disguise; FBI, CIA, DIA, NSA, Secret Service. Etc.
Mark had friends in high places who respected him deeply for his wisdom,
moral integrity, and fortitude. So when Mark lifted my daughter Kelly and
me out of the Washington DC human trafficking swamp in 1988, he was not
alone in his efforts to stop MK Ultra mind control, and the dark globalist
agenda that is funded by child sex trafficking/harvesting.
As quickly as I deprogrammed by writing out memory of my MK Ultra mind
control experience, Mark’s friends investigated my claims and gathered
evidence to support my testimony for Congress. National Security was
invoked on my testimony in 1995 due to validity and overwhelming
evidence… and because Bill Clinton was acting President.
The 1947 National Security Act reverberates with meaning, and concerns
for our survival were extreme. Upon advice, Mark and I quickly compiled
validated testimony into book form TRANCE Formation of America which
clean members of Congress- both Democrat and Republican- hand
distributed to all members of Congress, Intelligence, and more. This saved
our lives.
The secrets were out. “Suiciding” us would only spotlight perpeTraitors’
guilt even more. Conventional Justice was at a standstill while Mark and I
pursued the ultimate justice of positive change through public awareness.

Agents incognito wearing suits, sunglasses, carrying briefcases, and hiding
behind newspapers with eyeholes cut in them would attend every one of
Mark’s and my speaking engagements to ensure we did not violate
National Security restrictions with words like “revolution.” Mark and I walked
a fine legal line akin to a tightrope for years in order to survive to speak out
on my daughter Kelly’s behalf.
Kelly was a victim of the system corrupted by our politically affluent
abusers, was medically kidnapped by so-called child protective services,
and held political prisoner for Reasons of National Security until she was
18. It was love for Kelly that compelled me to speak out, and love is the
most powerful force by which to navigate and survive the impossible.

Lt. Col. Michael Aquino was my primary MK Ultra mind control programmer for White House/Pentagon level black ops from 1980-1988. Aquino’s brutal, torturous mind control techniques were performed on various military, NASA, and DARPA installations.

US Senator Robert C. Byrd, who appointed himself my owner in MK Ultra mind control when I was 13 years old, designated his friend Aquino as my programmer.

To prepare me for Aquino’s satanic themed mind control programming, Byrd sent me to the back woods swamps of Louisiana in 1977 for horrific satanic torture and conditioning by my first handler CIA assassin and occult serial killer Wayne Cox.

By the time Aquino began systematic MK Ultra mind control programming, my mind had been shattered into compartmentalization with no capacity for continuity of thought or conscious awareness. I was totally robotic and subsequently programmed for use on White House/Pentagon levels.

Fortunately for me, Intelligence insider Mark Phillips who was working the highest levels of intelligence mind sciences to preserve the sanctity of free thought, rescued my daughter and me from the Wash DC human trafficking swamp in 1988.

Not only did Mark save our lives, he saved our minds by handing us keys to our birthright resiliency, inspiring us to heal from within. Mark understood the level of MK Ultra mind control I had endured, and reminded me it is crucial to deprogram the program first in order to know my truth- passed instilled false illusions.

Mark studied mind sciences at the War College Psychological Warfare Division during the same time Michael Aquino was there studying mind brain function in order to undermined humanity’s free thought. Mark and Aquino were instant archenemies with Mark understanding free thought is sacred and Aquino seeking the strongest, most vile forms of mind control.

Aquino went on to write Mind War with General Paul Vallely, and founded the occult Temple of Set proliferating on military bases. Aquino was on the board of Marin Childcare Council which is located across the Golden Gate bridge from the Presidio where he was involved in the Presidio Daycare Scandal and subsequent coverup.

My experience with Aquino was extensive, spanning my years as a Presidential model MK Ultra mind controlled slave. Appointed by Byrd, Aquino had access to Top Secret installations where he would impose his version of torturous occult themed programming on me.

Byrd instructed him to also subject me to Voice of God programming. which was a well established MK Ultra theme reportedly used to infiltrate churches. Byrd and Aquino discussed at length their effective use of Voice of God programming on, among others, President Jimmy Carter and Evangelist Billy Graham*.

By writing out memory of my torturous MK Ultra mind control experiences and deprogramming the program first as Mark suggested, I was able to remember the set up to programming, which empowered me to systematically unravel perceptual manipulation.

Aquino programmed me for Operation Shell Game (TRANCE chapter 13). By deprogramming the program first, I heard him instructing me how to appear possessed. His torturous programming to convince me that I was evil and ‘full of the devil’ lost its hold on my mind when I wrote out his words. If I was “possessed”, why did he have to tell me rather than let evil forces do their thing? Could it be because he needed me to believe in the illusion for it to have power?

Our human spirit is such a high vibration that evil’s low vibration cannot possess it. It is our saving grace....

When Mark passed away in 2017, I knew I was vulnerable from trauma and
grief. Since I had healed from within myself using birthright methods Mark
taught me in PTSD: Time to Heal, I had evolved with knowledge that is our
defense against mind control and subsequently consciously chose to stand
strong.
We have been made perfect with resiliency of body, mind, and spirit. By
reclaiming my free thought free will, I was free to consciously choose to
align with the divine within.
When past abusers descended on me like vultures, I watched their
paradigms shift with realization that their darkness could no longer creep in
my light. My vulnerability was divinely protected against their attempts to
re-impose their MK Ultra means.
Mind control is spiritual warfare that is won by divine design. The victory is
already within us. To consciously claim our victory in light of free thought, it
is imperative to remember who we are and why we are here by opening
neuron pathways in our brilliant brains. Mind control’s trauma shuts down
neuron pathways. We need to keep our brains firing properly by opening
neuron pathways in order to maintain clarity of free thought.
Being free to think to stand strong amidst traumatic grief’s vulnerability is
our saving grace. Without it, we fall prey to those seeking to further their
MK Ultra agenda.
Assassinations occur to impose control. Anyone who does not cooperate
with controls are eliminated from their position and replaced with someone
who is compliant with demands of the agenda. Knowledge is our defense
and vigilance is imperative.
When Mark passed in 2017, I knew my highly political MK Ultra abusers
would attempt to prove healing from mind control was not possible by
taking me back under control. By standing strong with free thought free will
intact, I continue to prove healing from within is abSOULute. It is our
birthright to heal and be free to live life’s purpose.

Had I fallen prey to therapeutic methods imposed from outside of myself, I
would have layered over compartmentalized memory. Reprogramming
leaves triggers in place to be reactivated at any time. Believing you are
healed is vastly different from Being healed. Deprogramming from within
self opens neuron pathways in the brain, freeing compartmentalized
memory to be consciously dealt with whereby triggers are diffused.
Neuron pathways in the brain are easily opened simply by moving a pen to
write out trauma, grief and fear. The very act of moving a pen activates the
logic part of the brain whereby shifting emotionally incomprehensible
compartmentalized trauma or grief over to logic while it is written out on
paper and consciously seen. Healing occurs psychiatrically,
psychologically, emotionally, and spiritually all at once.
Because I knew I was vulnerable after Mark passed, I took my time in
moving forward. I did not speak publicly nor surround myself with
distractions of loud music, tv, or social media devices. Instead, I focused
within to strengthen in order to effectively carry our shared life’s purpose
forward free of outside influence.
In the silence I found miracles and something of the divine always
unfolding. I found Mark’s love, wisdom, and beautiful memories living on in
me, empowering me to honor him every step of the way toward my future.
I withstood vicious attacks through numerous psy ops intended to
undermind me, including imposters pretending to be my daughter. I did not
defend my situation by revealing my daughter is with me, because she, too,
was a target of past abusers seeking to prey on her.
