Byrd wouldimpose Voice of God to direct Carter, but it was failing due to Carter’s longestablished innerpersonal relationship with the divine that was contradictingprogram. It was decided he would be removed and Ronald Reagan wouldbe President.Reagan ceased cooperating with the globalist agenda, favoring USsovereignty.
