At 0555 this Wednesday morning, 26th January 2022, while trying to sleep, a male outside asked BS “What did you did this for?” I made a comment concerning the foundation for this Toxic Surveillance abuse against me that involved child abuse, surveillance technology installation and antisocial behaviour in 1998 that I addressed and reported. I further commented on the substandard activity which I experienced from 1996 onward after occupying the premises as the tenant on 13th May of that year.
