Vocal Technique is an applied practice. It's so practical that involves all senses of our body when we are singing or listening. It's a very hard task to talk about voice, I feel like talking about feelings and emotions. The boundary that words reach is not a barrier, but as an horizont to be explored. How scientific is the art of singing? How artistic is the technique and aesthetics in the voice? I introduce you to some inputs on these episodes. When it comes to your voice, think big! Take advantage that the process takes the time you need and get intimate to your voice while you practice frequently. Each step at a time, and make sure every time worths. Obstacles may cross your way, and they will, but establishing a good relationship with your practice will definetly make an opportunity out of them. Wanna train your voice with me? Weaving a concept of the voice and describing the act of singing sounds like the same thing. In fact, without zooming in it’s complicated to get some depth in our layers about the subject. A singing voice can be approached by the mechanic and physical aspects of the body, but also can be treated as poetry, with metaphorical visions about sensations and abstract descriptions of the music that’s made. I’m a big fan of both ways, for what really matter is that you give yourself a voice. While I produce a podcast, my voice gets a place because you are listening to it. The audience in the theater makes my voice possible when I sing. And how are you making your voice possible?
