Why did I keep falling into loops of self sabotage ?

In this podcast, I walk you through my visual meditation I used with the intention of meeting my higher self, asking her to reveal to me why I kept falling in loops of subconscious self sabotage.

More than that I wanted to know why I never felt complete.

This meditation stemmed from me also having gut/digestion issues, where lack of power and insecurity is held in the body. This ONE blockage was in every area.. IT WAS HINDERING MY HOLISTIC SUCCESS, it showed in my relationships, money & health...

If this is your vibe, every week within my coaching program we break down holistic success and what may be stopping us from fully achieving it. We incorporate different exercises & 1on1 meetings to break through your barriers and reveal to you not only your highest self but the vibration of heaven on earth.

HEY BABY! wow this took me forever but now we know why. I couldn't start this up without speaking on why I had to take a break... and if you felt a mask during that time THERE WAS A MASK. I was grieving and healing again at 21. In our early 20's or at any point in our life we may feel like a failure but it's only our time to pivot and be reborn.. to be comfortable with the old us dying.

If only the adults told us, living meant a part of us dying everyday.

This podcast will continue to be about being reborn from our trauma whether its deep rooted or the everyday trauma we endure as humans. It's a space to turn darkness to light and to just a community. Maybe freeing parts of myself helps free a part of you
