Colorado Buffaloes approach breaking point as Coach Prime faces mounting pressure. Can a quarterback switch spark a midseason turnaround? Kevin Borba and Jay Smith dissect the program’s recent struggles, from Julian Lewis’s benching and Isaac Wilson’s emergence to the defense’s battle with explosive plays and costly penalties. Despite a 2-2 record, bowl eligibility hangs in the balance as Colorado prepares for a gauntlet of Big 12 ranked opponents.

Key discussion points include Colorado’s inconsistent run game, challenges in the secondary, and Brandon Marion’s offensive adjustments. With upcoming must-win games against Texas Tech and Utah, questions swirl around potential quarterback changes, player development, and the mental toll on the locker room. Will the Buffaloes rally to salvage their season, or is the panic button about to be pressed in Boulder?
