What happens when someone hurts you… and then enough time passes that everyone expects you to just move on?
In this episode of Uncontainable, we’re talking about the uncomfortable truth that time passing isn’t an apology.
Distance doesn’t equal accountability. Silence doesn’t equal growth. And just because months—or even years—have passed doesn’t mean the hurt magically disappeared or that someone automatically gets access to you again.
We’re talking forgiveness, boundaries, reconciliation, and the difference between genuinely healing and simply pretending something never happened because enough time has gone by.
You can forgive someone and still require change.
You can love someone and still have boundaries.
You can heal without reopening a door God helped you close.
And sometimes the healthiest thing you can do is stop measuring healing by whether a relationship went back to the way it was.
Because time can create distance.
But time passing isn’t an apology.
🔥 Stay wild. Stay honest. Stay Uncontainable.
