We've long heard that we need to achieve balance in our work and personal lives. Seriously, though, how? Today's guest, Michelle Carroll, talks to us about seasons in our life and the three pillars of balance:

1) Assess where you are now so you can figure out what you want to change.

2) Align your reality with where you would like to be.

3) Accept and embrace where you are right now. 

Michelle Carroll is a Coach with the Randstad RiseSmart Worklife Coaching program and an Executive Career and Leadership under her own umbrella, Carroll Career Consultants. And, if that doesn’t keep her busy enough, she is an MBA Career Coach for the McCombs Business School Alumni program at the University of Texas, Austin. 

Michelle loves to engage her coaching clients around the globe who are looking for career clarity, career confidence, and effective career change strategies. She’s got 20 plus years of experience in the career's industry and holds degrees from the Univ. of MD and JKF Univ along with 6 career industry certifications. And she is on the board of directors for Career Thought Leaders. 

Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to influence, train and coach professionals in a wide range of industries including the Career Center at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, along with several government agencies such at FDIC, TSA, HHS and Dept. of Education.
