Thoughts By Candlelight started out as simple journal entries exploring my personal growth, life lessons and topics I was passionate about and needed to get out on paper. Later, these thoughts made their way onto social media as short video clips. Now they're here, as a podcast.

My goal is to talk about anything and everything without restriction. I will explore as your host and alongside others, many topics including, but not limited to: mental health, friendship, art, spirituality, injustice and plants....
