  • This Definitely Wasn’t In The MLS (Featuring My 9-Year-Old)
    2026/02/23

This week on This Wasn’t In The MLS, Meghan is away… so I brought in a special guest — my 9-year-old daughter.

We talk about what she thinks I actually do all day as a Realtor (apparently it’s “just talking on the phone”), what real estate descriptions REALLY mean, and how much money she thinks houses cost. Spoiler: according to her, I’m either broke… or a millionaire.

We also design her dream house (which includes things I’m not sure are structurally safe) and talk about what actually makes a house feel like home.

It’s funny, it’s honest, and it definitely wasn’t in the MLS.

If you’ve ever wondered what your kids think you do for a living… this episode might humble you.
