In this weeks episode I think about the question who was my best teacher and the answer was easy. Life, life has taught me more than school ever did. I am grateful for many of my teacher who gave me the foundation and skills to lean from life.

My challenge to you this week: Stop waiting for a leader to save the day. Look in the mirror. In your family, in your business, in your community—be the calm in the chaos. Be the person who takes responsibility when everyone else is making excuses. That is leadership.

This week my podcast comes out on Remembrance Day and I want to acknowledge those who served our country. I also this week I have been thinking about the free speech have been given by those who fought for us and how we sometimes miss use it

I am back from a trip to Chicago and I have to say there were no issues and the people of the USA still love their Canadian neighbours.

Next week I am travelling to Chicago for an international conference and trade expo. This year a lot of my colleagues from Canada have decided not to go. I have been thinking about the current state of affairs and why I feel it is important for me to go.

This week I talk about me. I have had several of the followers ask me about who I am or to talk a bit about myself. So here it is, I hope you make it to the end. Growing up in Renfrew and my career is not the most fascinating topic but more than 10 people asked me so blame them....LOL

In this epsiode I cheer on the Canada's Baseball Team the Toronto Blue Jays and I feel the sense of Canadian Pride and think we need to have that same pride when we buy anything. Make mine Canadian please !!!

With all the tension and wild out bursts we as a humans need to be more respectful and tolerant of each others opinions. As well this week I have notice that the future is looking bright.
