A South African police sergeant with access to investigation protocols committed six murders over six years without being detected. The pattern remained invisible because the victims shared different last names, disconnected in official records. The case collapses when a blackmailed criminal agrees to cooperate, allowing the police to record Nomia giving explicit instructions to murder her mother, two sisters, and five nephews.
