このコンテンツについて

This is a space where I share personal reflections from my life, drawing lessons from the Qur’an, the Sunnah, and the stories of the Sahabah and those before us. Here, I speak openly about the moments that shaped me—the joys, the struggles, and the tests—and the reminders that keep me grounded in faith. My hope is that these reflections benefit me long after I’m gone and bring comfort to anyone who feels alone in their pain. You are not alone. I’ve been through it too, and if I can make it through, so can you.Aaishah Mubenga イスラム教 スピリチュアリティ

  • the child we never got to hold
    2025/12/13

In this deeply personal episode, I share my journey with infertility and the loss of a child we waited over four years for. I speak about the before, the during, and the after the hope, the heartbreak, and the moments that changed me forever.

I reflect on the impact of the people around me, the words that stayed, and the silence that followed. Through an Islamic lens, I explore the hadith that speaks of children who pass away and are granted Jannah children who refuse to enter until their parents are allowed to enter with them.

This episode is a reflection on grief, faith, unanswered duʿāʾ, and trusting Allah through profound loss.

  • Its ok to want to take your hijab off
    2025/12/02

In this episode, I open up about something deeply personal my real, unfiltered journey with hijab and later, the niqab. Not the Instagram-perfect version. Not the polished “I woke up one day and felt spiritually transformed” story. But the actual struggle. The fear. The doubt. The weight of becoming visibly Muslim in a world that doesn’t always welcome it.

I talk about what it felt like to take those early steps, the internal battles that no one sees, the comments from the community that made it harder, and the courage it took to keep going anyway. And most importantly, I speak to every sister who’s struggling… every sister who wonders if she’s the only one finding this difficult… every sister who feels like her efforts aren’t enough.

    You’re not alone.

We are all navigating this journey in our own imperfect, beautiful way.

And the fact that you even try the fact that you take one step toward Allah, even when you feel scared that is something powerful. Something honorable.

This episode is an honest conversation, a gentle reminder, and a heartfelt hug to every woman carrying her faith on her shoulders every single day.

Tune in, take a breath, and let’s walk this journey together behind the veil and beyond it.

  • Why are grown men obsessed with young girls ?
    2025/11/17

In this episode, we speak openly about the realities our communities often pretend don’t exist grooming, manipulation, child marriage, and the ways power and silence allow harm to continue. We break down how predators operate, step by step, why victims often don’t recognize it, and how cultural and religious denial can protect the wrong people while leaving young girls vulnerable. Expect honest, unfiltered conversations about boundaries, accountability, and the systems that fail to protect the most vulnerable. We explore the emotional and psychological impact of grooming, the shame unfairly placed on victims, and how to create safer spaces for the next generation.

This episode isn’t just about listening it’s about speaking. If you’ve experienced or witnessed these issues, we encourage you to share your story, add your voice, and help break the silence. Your experiences matter, and together we can start changing the narrative, holding power accountable, and protecting the next generation.
