- At 11:40 PM van number seven received a calm reroute over Keller’s dispatch channel directing it four blocks east to Pryor Cold Storage.
- Keller’s dispatch log simultaneously recorded the van on its approved GPS corridor and on the reroute’s track; both records were time-stamped and forensically clean.
- The van crew transferred cargo at Pryor in under nine minutes, then the vehicle was later found parked and empty at 6:20 AM by a passerby.
- Investigator Paula Underwood traced the parallel logs back to the dispatch infrastructure and discovered contractor access up the broadcast corridor above Keller’s relay antenna.
- Keller shift supervisor Roy Weaver rented a storage unit weeks earlier where investigators found $1.6 million in banded cash, but the technical means to produce a mirrored radio channel suggested outside engineering access.
