    Having worked with thousands of individuals within BG5 & Human Design over the years one of the prevailing beliefs when people first find me is "I am not supposed to have energy because I am a non energy type" (carrying guilt shame, or fear of misalignment due to this) OR "I don't have energy because I am a non energy type" (confirming an identity or habit they created).

    In this episode I break down the process I go through with new clients to identify the ROOT CAUSE of their "tiredness" or "lack of energy".... And I can confidently say I have yet to meet anyone that has no energy because of their design!
