🙏 Before an exam, before an interview, on the day you're waiting for big news — that's when we find ourselves praying.

But do you actually remember any of those prayers coming true?

⚡ 2,600 years ago, the elders of a people carried far from home came to a prophet for answers.

They expected words of hope. What they heard was unexpectedly harsh.

They hadn't done anything visibly wrong — so why?

💡 They were turned away for just one reason — and most of us are still doing the same thing today.

📚 What separates prayers that get answered from ones that don't, unpacked through a 2,600-year-old story.

🤔 Why doesn't trying to look good to others make life any easier?

Two men prayed in the same place. One everyone admired. One everyone despised.

The admired one listed everything he'd done right. The despised one said a single line.

Only one of them went home justified — and it wasn't the one you'd expect.

A 2,000-year-old parable on what it really takes to change. 📚

🤔 "I'll get to it tomorrow."

We say that about the things that matter most. Every single day.

📖 3,700 years ago, a man came home starving — and traded away the most valuable thing he owned for one bowl of stew 🍲

He never even realized what he'd done.

This episode is about what he lost — and how to stop doing the same thing. 📚
