Just look at Zacchaeus — a man everyone else avoided, but Jesus stopped, called him by name, and went to his house. That friendship changed his life forever. That’s great news for you and me, because it means Jesus is not afraid of our mess. He calls us His friends. Who is your neighbor? Let's start with, do you know your neighbor's names. After Jesus tells a guy the most important things in life are to love God and love our neighbors, he has a great question. "Who's my neighbor?" In other words, who do we have to love? Last week God showed us what loving our neighbor looked like. And this week Jesus answers that guy's question, "who is my neighbor?"
