Send us Fan MailShe sang to the mud, and the mud sang back — communion, not ritual, long before she had a word for nervous system. Frequency MA returns after a long pause with founding co-host Sheena Israel, here as guest, on the elemental realm as living relationship: a childhood near-death asthma attack and the plant medicine that met her in the forest, and the great-grandmother — no blood tie, closest kin — who transmitted Jewish mysticism and Lakota teaching without ever naming either. We spiral into dream weaving itself: lucid dreaming as a portal into multidimensionality, the Akashic Records read as light reflecting light, ancestral guides arriving with drums and song at the threshold of sleep. Sheena teases her formula — intention anchored in the body, an elemental activator, and a third key that’s not often talked about. She also introduces Harmonia Rising — in her words, a field of regenerative remembrance: harmonic union, rising frequency, rising participation in right relationship. First of many retreats, each anchored at a different ley line convergence point — cacao, dreamwork, and ancestral ceremony for adults and children alike. This is not channeling as spectacle. This is the body as instrument, remembered.Connect with Sheena Israel: Sheena.israel@gmail.comWebsite / Harmonia Rising retreat: https://www.harmoniarising.comInstagram: / harmonia.rising Frequency MA Website: [https://www.frequencyma.comInstagram: / frequencymapodcast Listen on Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/75GsRrS...Listen on Apple Podcasts: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast...Referenced episode — Sigils of Self with Tiffany Tate: Personal Brand as Holy Temple Living Prayer: • Sigils of Self: Personal Brand as Holy Tem... ---///---//--//---///---Deepen the ConnectionThank you for being here — your presence here activates the quantum network we're collectively weaving.
