- At 7:14 AM on February 9, 2014, Deputy Frank Odom unzipped a gym bag left in a gray Honda Civic at Kellner Reservoir.
- The bag contained a slim brown wallet with a Visa card, a library card, and a driver's license all listing 44 Dunmore Place, Harwick.
- Beneath the wallet was an orange construction-paper drawing of a house signed "Maya" and "Tomás."
- Diane was 47 years old and maintained a Harwick residence while also living in Crestfield with husband Ray Pinto and two children, Maya (8) and Tomás (6).
- Detective Vale found 22 consecutive Wednesday calls at 11:50 PM, each lasting 4-8 minutes, routed to the same prepaid number purchased at Diane's request and held by Laura Wright.
