Financial freedom, independence, and stability - while being present with your family

Shifting from scarcity to abundance - by building from internal safety, trusting your design, making decisions from love instead of fear

Community with other women in business balancing everything just like you - so you stop feeling lonely and isolated in this journey

This is soul + strategy integration for women who want to make a difference AND an income without sacrificing themselves, their families, or their sanity.

  • 114 | All Is Meant for You: Trusting the Timing Of Your Life (Even When It Breaks Your Heart)
    2026/07/06
There's a particular kind of hard that comes with believing everything is happening for you while also being in the thick of wishing it had gone differently. Trusting the timing sounds beautiful in theory, but it's a lot more complicated when you're sitting with a result you didn't want, a plan that didn't unfold the way you'd drawn it out, a heart that's grieving something it wanted so badly. This week brought one of those moments for Kaija. Something tender, something personal. But after she journaled on her porch, cried and was held by her community, and she knew it needed to be said out loud. Because surrender isn't the absence of grief. It's choosing to trust the bigger picture while still letting yourself be fully, completely human inside of it. What we're covering: How to hold deep trust and real grief at the same time -- without forcing yourself to skip the sadness or rush toward silver liningsWhat surrender actually looks like when you're white-knuckling a timeline you were never meant to controlWhere your power lives when the outcome isn't yours to hold and how to pour your energy there intentionallyWhy having your people around you in the hard moments isn't a luxury, it's a lifeline You can trust the timing and still honor every tear along the way. Both get to be true. A gentle note: this episode touches on fertility and grief. Love this episode?! • 116 | Changing Communities One Invitation at a Time: Tiffany Chacon on Food Equity, Childcare Access, and Justice for Minority Communities [Meet the Babes Series]
    2026/08/03
The work Tiffany Chacon is doing in Southwest Colorado and beyond is the kind that quietly changes the shape of things for entire communities. Food equity. Childcare access. Equality and justice for Latin-X and low-income families. She's been building toward this her whole career as a strategic partnership consultant, a non-profit employee, and a serial entrepreneur with multiple businesses running at once, and she does all of it while raising twins, showing up for her marriage, and continuing to learn what it means to live fully inside her design as a 6/2 emotional projector. This episode of the Meet the Babes series is one of those conversations that covers a lot of ground and somehow still feels like it only scratched the surface. What makes Tiffany's story so compelling is much more than just the scale of what she's building. It's the way she's building it. Rooted in her design, led by invitation, and completely unwilling to rush a move before the timing is right. This conversation will have you thinking differently about the work you're doing, the invitations you're saying yes to, and what it really means to be in community with women who are out here changing things. What we're covering: The work Tiffany is doing locally, state-wide, and nationally in food equity, childcare access, and justice for Latin-X and low-income communities, and what drives her to keep goingHer life as a serial entrepreneur, non-profit leader, and strategic partnership consultant, and what it actually looks like to run multiple things at once while raising twins in SW ColoradoHer 6/2 emotional projector Human Design and what it's meant in practice to build a life and body of work around receiving the right invitations rather than forcing the doorGate 12, the wordsmith and gate of caution, and the self-recognition work she's done around trusting her timing, holding things close until the moment is right, and releasing the shame around itHer podcast Nature to Nurture and the work she's doing to support overwhelmed parents through nervous system regulation, nature-based rhythms, and real communityWhat finding Babes Before Business has meant to her and what genuine community looks like when it's built on something real Tiffany is the kind of woman who makes you want to think bigger about what your work is actually for. • 117 | From Alaska Wilderness to Peak Performance: Bethany Gleason on Strength Coaching, Small Business, and Saying Yes to Yourself [Meet The Babes Series]
    2026/08/20

Some people spend years looking for the thing that finally puts all their pieces together. Bethany Gleason spent years doing it in reverse by saying YES to one challenging, slightly unexpected, thoroughly outside-her-comfort-zone experience after another, and trusting that the thread connecting all of it would eventually become clear.

Like saying YES to a semester in Alaska of glacial mountaineering and sea kayaking. Yes to leaving volleyball behind to protect her mental health. Yes to becoming an arborist with her brother, where she met her husband! Yes to Durango, to the Adaptive Sports Association, to local High School, to a strength and conditioning certification, and yes to starting her own business, Peak Performance Durango; the vessel that brings everything she's learned about the human body, challenge, and growth into one place.

This episode is for every woman sitting on a YES she hasn't said out loud yet. Bc Bethany's story is a masterclass in what happens when you keep saying yes to yourself even when you have no idea where it's taking you.

    What we're covering:

    • Bethany's journey from Michigan volleyball courts to the Alaskan wilderness to the weight rooms of Durango, and the thread of challenge and growth that connects all of it
    • How she found her way to strength coaching, what finally made everything click, and what she's building with Peak Performance Durango
    • The gap she noticed in her community that nobody was filling, and why she decided she was the one to fill it
    • What happened when she said yes to the Unshakable workshop, identified what was holding her back, and went home and built her business Instagram page that same week
    • Her experience inside Babes Before Business and what genuine community and accountability have meant for her as she builds

Bethany's parting message says it all: saying yes to yourself matters. And surrounding yourself with people who do the same? That's where everything changes.
