Wheels and shaky episode six digs into more travel adventures. This time focused on the actual wheelchair and different incarnations of the wheelchair. That is of course the primary transport for wheels herself. We dig into the hills and we drop down into the valleys. And definitely know how to get people to stare at us when we do wheelchair donuts as we pass the time.

In episode five of The Wheels and Shaky Podcast, we are joined by Mrs. shaky, who was kind enough to fill-in while Wheels is in process of working through some health issues. Tune in for the next episode because I'm sure she will discuss them then.

This episode takes us into...well.... the bathroom. There's no greater wild card in the navigation of public areas then the bathroom. Some places are great. Some places are terrible. Some places you would expect sto be great or absolute crap. Some places you would expect to be terrible end upt, sometimes prove to be a winner there is no rhyme reason.

In Episode 2 of the Wheels and Shaky podcast, we dig into learning to ask for help, and knowing when and how to ask, even if it's difficult. We also express gratitude for some incredibly thoughtful unsolicited help on one of our adventures to the 2024 NFL Hall of Fame game in Canton, Ohio.

This is the first episode of the Wheels & Shaky podcast, which is presented by two people sharing their friendship and their lives with MS and Parkinson's disease. They take an irreverent look at the demands of daily activities, offer helpful product reviews, navigate public spaces, and highlight how their friends and families help them overcome everyday challenges with humor and humility.

Our first episode and is a little rough around the edges. Please give us a little grace and some time to improve, but the content is top-notch. Come laugh with us!
