We discuss Spider-Man: Brand New Day, where we'll see a Spider-Man next (and which one??), and what if Sandman is the literal bedrock upon which Battle World is built. We also cover the trailers for Primetime, Wicker, and the Thomas Crown Affair, and then fail to talk about anything besides Marvel: theories for X-Men cast announcements at D23, how Wonder Man should come back as the Xavier School's drama teacher, how the Xavier School should have a nosy neighbor who doesn't mean the X-Men any harm but gets angry when you touch his garden, what if Marvel bought an obscure unrelated pulp character and pretended they were always part of the universe, and all the complicated legal reasons for what Marvel characters can be at Disney World vs. Universal Studios.

Episode 16. It's a monumental episode as we discuss massive film news and films shown massively. We talk about The Odyssey, and Melissa traveling to Indianapolis to see it in 70mm. Marvel revealed new heroes at their Comic-Con panel, but we still have questions: What do those Latverian witches mean? When will the X-Men play baseball? What if the new X-Men are all teens and Charles Xavier is only 22, like he's their camp counselor? What does Starlord do for fun now that he's back on Earth? Is cosmic bowling the same after you've actually been to space?? We also discuss Avatar Aang: The Last Airbender, the trailers for Behemoth!, Digger, Lanterns, and Clayface, a bad day for Oscar, and a trippy art museum experience.

Episode 15. To prepare for The Odyssey, we watched Interstellar, another Christopher Nolan movie about a dad on a long journey to get back home. We discuss corn, robots, how do dust storms work, Topher Grace jump scares, and why they didn't go to the bikini babe planet. We promise this is a serious discussion sometimes. We also talk about the final season of The Bear, which felt good and had all our friends in it, but not a single Star Wars force ghost. Further topics include: men who are only a few years younger than us but we'll call them "the boy" forever, how good it must feel to be the DVD logo that hits the corner of the screen just right, what if Phineas & Ferb solved all your movie's problems and then there was no movie, and briefly slowing down an F1 race because an umbrella blew onto the track.
