Welcome to The Welsh Casefiles. Here, you will see and hear (In a story format) the cases that Wales never forgot and in this episode today I tell the story of a young 15 year old girl who disappeared suddenly in a Small Welsh Town called Flint in 1976.

She asked her parents if she could go to the swimming baths with a friend.. Her Parents (Ted & Eileen) said no, but she went anyway.

That decision would be the fateful one. Not only would this murder rock the small community driven welsh town, a MEGA Miscarriage of Justice would happen as police arrested a barely literate 18 year old.

The REAL Killer was allowed to walk free for over 4 decades until a DNA Breakthrough...
