Hey Y'all. I was standing in the shower, rinsing conditioner out of my hair, and God dropped a whole sentence into my heart before it ever made it to my mouth. And of course my first thought was "I need to record this" — while dripping wet, dogs barking, blinds wonky, the whole nine.
This episode is unfiltered. Dogs, skincare, a twisted necklace, a praying mantis on my bed at 3 AM — and somewhere in the middle of all that mess, God still spoke. Because He doesn't wait for us to get it together before He shows up.
I get real with you about 18 years of marriage without ever straying — not even a flirt — and how that's not because I'm strong, it's because God changed a wretched woman into someone who could stay faithful. I talk about surrender, about the moment God gently says
"it's time" to let something go, and about Proverbs 3:5-6 (NKJV): "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths."God's not asking for a nod. He's asking us to actually walk with Him through it.
