    On October 1st 1973, workers close to Battersea power station found the nude body of 16 year old Jacqueline Johns by a railway siding. She had attended a wedding two days before her body was found. She never made it home. Despite 52 years passing, her murder has never been solved.

    On the 9th August 1982, 58 year old Edmund Simpson was working in the book shop that he had been working in for the past 36 years in Manchester city centre. His friend and partner found him in a pool of blood in the mid afternoon after he had been hit by several blows to the head. His case is still unsolved over 40 years later.

At just after 7pm, she was fatally stabbed in the doorway. The killer has never been brought to justice after 20 years. He died from the fatal wounds and despite an extensive investigation by West Midlands police and obtaining a DNA profile, the killer has never been identified.
