In 1975, remote viewer Pat Price died suddenly in Las Vegas after warning a friend that he was carrying documents and that, if anything happened to him, they should be delivered before local police arrived. No autopsy was performed. The official cause was a heart attack. Years later, Hal Puthoff said he suspected poisoning — but nothing was ever proven.

This episode follows what happened after Price’s death, how the U.S. military turned remote viewing into an operational intelligence program, the missions it was used for, the infamous 1984 “Mars Exploration” session, and why Project Stargate was ultimately shut down. Pasted markdown

The files were released. The mystery was not.

In 1983, a U.S. Army intelligence analyst was asked to evaluate a training system that claimed consciousness could be pushed beyond normal perception. The report that followed became known as the Analysis and Assessment of the Gateway Process. Pasted markdown

In this Archive File, The Unlisted Report examines the Gateway Process, Robert Monroe’s Hemi-Sync training, the Army’s interest in altered states of consciousness, and the theory that awareness might extend beyond the physical body. Pasted markdown Pasted markdown

The episode also follows one of the strangest details in the declassified record: page 25 was missing from publicly available copies of the report for years. A complete version later surfaced, revealing that the missing section pushed the report into even more unusual territory, including the possibility of perceiving information outside the normal flow of time. The report does not prove that Gateway’s claims were true. What it does show is that, in 1983, the U.S. Army considered the possibility serious enough to study. Pasted markdown
