  • Liverpool v Real & PSG v Bayern top midweek Champions League billing
    2025/11/04

Jimbo, Julien Laurens, Pol Ballús, Seb Stafford-Bloor and James Horncastle are all aboard for your latest Euro Edition - with a pretty mouthwatering MD4 upon us in the Champions League.

We begin with some of those key midweek battles including yet another showdown between PSG and Bayern, the Trent/ Alonso Derby as Real Madrid head back to Anfield - and the meeting of minds as Marseille v Atalanta pits Roberto De Zerbi against Ivan Jurić.

Domestically, in Serie A Luciano Spalletti began life as Juve manager with a 2-1 win at Cremonese - and he’s not shy about their title ambitions this season, just four points behind Napoli in top spot.

Real Madrid maintained their commanding position at the top of the La Liga table - but are things all as they seem behind the scenes under Xabi Alonso’s management?

After a peculiar round of results in midweek PSG got back to winning ways and are two points clear at the top of Ligue 1 - while Monaco tasted defeat for the first time under Sébastien Pocognoli.

And in the Bundesliga - there’s questions around Dortmund’s identity under Niko Kovač - and what the expectations are for Bayer Leverkusen as they were outclassed by a seemingly unstoppable Bayern.

Plus - the ongoing Nando’s animosity continues - and garlic bread is added to the equation…

    Produced by Lucy Oliva.

    2025/11/03

Jimbo has JJ Bull, Adrian Clarke and Liam Tharme for company to converse over Matchday 10 in the Premier League.

Liverpool get back to winning ways against Villa but leaders Arsenal earn their 9th victory in a row and 7th clean sheet in a row. And a Haaland-led Man City produce their best against Bournemouth.

At the bottom, Wolves part ways with Vitor Pereira after their winless start continues at Fulham, while it’s a first victory at West Ham for Nuno against Newcastle.

And Chelsea overcome Spurs, with many asking questions about Thomas Frank’s approach and post-match interaction with his players.

    2025/11/01

Jimbo is joined in the studio by Charlie Eccleshare, Michael Cox and James Horncastle as they open up the Totally Almanac at the turn of the millennium and Euro 2000.

16 teams, two host nations and some of Europe's greatest ever no 10's were all on show in the summer of 2000, and don't forget all of those iconic kits.

Spain's 4-3 comeback against Yugoslavia was the highlight of the group stage, followed by two iconic semi-finals and a stunning golden goal winner from Trezeguet in the final to round off the highest scoring Euro finals to date. But was this the best ever tournament?

Plus a fiendish millennial brainteaser from Producer Charlie and some of your questions.
