  • Preview Show: Unorganised chaos
    2026/02/13

We’ve got a late January signing on the pod for the first time, as Jim and Rory are joined by Sam Ashton, aka Matchday Mealtime! They check in after last night’s tough draw with Brentford where some ropey finishing cost us - still, four points clear and all that!

Elsewhere, we discuss Agent Frank completing his mission at Spurs, Wigan’s FA Cup trip to the Emirates and how the club needs to take its social responsibility seriously, in the light of further allegations against Thomas Partey.

  • Brentford 1-1 Arsenal: Set pieces are ruining the game
    2026/02/12

It was a taste of our own aerial medicine at the Gtech Stadium. Luke and Jim catch their breath after a proper ding-dong against Brentford, which left us cursing Gabriel Martinelli's left foot and worshipping some incredible interventions in defence. Because seriously - would we have lost this game in past seasons?

We also discuss where this leaves Eberechi Eze, who was brought off at half-time and has to step up with Kai Havertz's injury. Come join us for a cathartic post-match breakdown!

  • About AWFC: Smith. Swarm. Success.
    2026/02/10

We’re on a roll! Liv Smith’s pace (and smile) lit up the Emirates on Sunday. Today, Lucy and Rory are still basking in the warm glow of beating league leaders Manchester City.

They reflect on how we dominated the best team in the league, wonder what the rules are for Viv Miedema and Beth Mead following such a hectic tussle and Jill Scott is on the matchday playlist. No, not that Jill Scott. Plus, the Champions League looms after a super busy month.

  • Weekend Review: A Mob of Merino's
    2026/02/09

Six points clear! But it could have been so much better. Luke, Jonny and Lucy look back on a chaotic weekend where the Arsenal boat continued to sail through calm waters.

Plus, some unexpected Tom Hiddlestone bashing and John Hartson's appearance on The Weakest Link.

  • Arsenal 3-0 Sunderland: Shall we sing a song for you?
    2026/02/07

3pm. 3 points. The only complaint that Luke could find was that he thinks some of the Arsenal songs have too many words.

Jim joins him to reflect on a delightful afternoon at the Emirates. Martin Zubimendi and Declan Rice were brilliant again and Gabriel Jesus and Viktor Gyökeres are starting to enjoy the perfect job share.

  • Preview Show: The Isle of Bukayo’s
    2026/02/06

Arsenal are back in Premier League action this weekend, and we are once again playing at 3pm. Today, Laura, Jim and Jonny reveal they are reassured by not having the pressure of being on the telly in the UK.

Once we’ve previewed that game against Sunderland, we turn our attention to the upcoming Carabao Cup final with Man City. Plus, we discussed Arsenal’s worst ever fans, Arteta’s big book and spend far too long thinking about Paddy McGuinness and Take Me Out.

  • Arsenal 1-0 Chelsea: We're (sensibly) marching to Wembley
    2026/02/03

The last time we headed to Wembley for a League Cup final, we had Shkodran Mustafi in the heart of defence. Now, we're like prime Juventus in the 90s.

Laura and Jonny relive a tense but ultimately incredibly satisfying night which saw us shutdown Chelsea and reach our first cup final in six years... WE'RE GOING TO WEMBLEY!! SEE YOU THERE!

  • About AWFC: Arsenal are world champions
    2026/02/03

Arsenal beat Corinthians in the first ever women’s Champions Cup final on Sunday. As agreed, this means we are now officially world champions.

Laura and Rory are here to relive a brilliant night thanks to FIFA (surprisingly), Caitlin Foord’s goal and of course Mr Arsène Wenger. Elsewhere, we prepare for the departure of an Arsenal legend as it’s believed Katie McCabe will leave the club in the summer. Plus, Rory brands Saturday’s match against Man City as our most difficult game of the season so far.
