That process is also included below. 2023 CONTRACT EXTENSION DUPLICATE VOTING CREDENTIAL REQUEST ANYONE WHO HAS NOT RECEIVED THEIR VOTING CREDENTIALS IN THE MAIL AT THE TIME OF THIS MEMO WILL NEED TO REQUEST YOUR DUPLICATE CREDENTIALS IMMEDIATELY AND BEFORE JANUARY 27, 2023 @ 11:00 AM EASTERN TIME DUPLICATE BALLOTS CAN BE REQUESTED BY SENDING AN EMAIL TO OFFICE@TEAMSTERSLOCAL769.ORG OR BY CALLING THE LOCALS MIAMI OFFICE @ (305) 642-6255 • IF YOU SEND AN E-MAIL (THIS IS THE PREFERRED METHOD), YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE SURE YOU PUT “REQUEST FOR UAL DUPLICATE VOTING CREDENTIALS” AND GIVE YOUR FULL NAME, MAILING ADDRESS, SSN, CONTACT PHONE NUMBER, AND PERSONAL E-MAIL ADDRESS.
