Welcome to The Sit Down With Kiorah — where truth meets transformation. This isn’t just a podcast — it’s a movement. A space I created during one of the hardest and most eye-opening chapters of my life. I started The Sit Down as a way to heal, speak my truth, and connect with others who were navigating their own growth, pain, and awakening. What began as my personal outlet became a powerful platform to inspire and empower others to rise into their worth. Each episode is rooted in honesty, self-love, spiritual depth, and the unfiltered reality of what it means to grow. I’m Kiorah — someone who’s lived through heartbreak, betrayal, breakthroughs, and beautiful transformations. And I’m here to remind you that you’re not alone in any of it. Whether you’re evolving, unlearning, healing, or just looking for real conversations that feed your soul — you’re in the right place. This is your safe space to feel seen, heard, and held. No masks, no fluff — just the truth. Pull up a seat. Let’s grow through what we go through — together. kiorahezra♡Copyright 2025 スピリチュアリティ 人間関係 個人的成功 社会科学 自己啓発

Welcome to episode four of my podcast, Healing and Solitude.

This episode is about that in–between space—where you’re learning who you are, but also realizing that not everyone can walk with you on that path. Letting go hasn’t been easy. Some connections slipped away quietly, while others left me with an ache I still carry. But even in that loss, I’ve found pieces of myself I didn’t know were waiting to be discovered.

Solitude has become both my teacher and my companion, guiding me toward a version of myself that feels more whole, more aware, and more open to the beauty life has to offer. And it’s from that place that this podcast was born—because I know I’m not the only one navigating these silent battles, these bittersweet chapters.

So, here, I’m choosing to speak my truth. And maybe, in hearing it, you’ll feel a little less alone in yours.

This week on The Sit Down with Kiorah...

We're diving deep into the unspoken patterns of friendship that many of us silently battle with—especially when those patterns are rooted in childhood wounds. In this episode, I open up about the emotional cycle of knowing you deserve more in your friendships, yet still finding yourself returning to the same hurtful dynamics over and over again.

I take you through my own journey—starting from elementary school, through high school, and into what I thought college would be like. From moments of feeling unseen, to friendships that made me question my worth, I reflect on how abandonment, trust issues, and a lack of self-love shaped the way I connected with others. This is a raw, honest look at how deeply rooted wounds can follow us for years, and how they silently influence the way we give and receive love in our friendships.

In this episode, I open up about the hard truths behind friendships and relationships where loyalty, support, and mutual effort are missing. We often find ourselves holding onto people—friends, partners, or even family—hoping they'll see our worth, match our loyalty, or show up for us the way we show up for them. But the truth is, no one should have to prove their value just to be treated with basic respect and love.

I dive into the emotional weight of one-sided connections, the silent hurt of being unsupported, and the power in choosing to walk away from what no longer serves your growth. This is your reminder that it’s okay to release what drains you—and that your worth is not up for negotiation.

If you've ever felt unseen, unappreciated, or stuck in friendships or relationships that make you question yourself—this episode is for you.
