  • Primal Skills OnlyFans Gateways, Stranger Things Season 5 Part 1
    2026/02/27
Josh and Matt kick off this episode talking about the failures of the Cincinnati Bengals, the outlet sports fandom gives for some of our worst emotional states, and Primal Living content that serves as gateways to OnlyFans.

They then move into discussing a recent episode of SubwayTakes, the incredible sanity of Ethan Hawke, and doing what's right right now.

Then, they start their thoughts on Stranger Things Season 5 Part 1, including Matt's ambivalence stemming from not having been invested in the show from the beginning, Vecna slander, and some of the effects of "Second Screen" viewing on shows like this. They also dive into the show's developing tendency to tell and not show (or in some cases, tell right before they show), the point at which the show developed a nostalgia for itself, and the feedback loop that the longer production times and social media probably had on the writing of the show.

They wrap up the show by scratching the surface of the phenomena of the ConformityGate conspiracy theories around the show, and Josh's fascination with the way fandoms move, and considering it as a microcosm study of how cults form.

  • Stranger Things Season 4 Wrap-up, Star Trek Darmok
    2026/02/10
In a strangely focused episode, despite Matt's mic being on a bender in Atlantic City, Matt and Josh break down the end of stranger things season 4, and discuss the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode Darmok.

On the Stranger Things front, Matt can't bring himself to love Eddie, Josh isn't impressed by the 18 month time-jump between season 4 and season 5, and they discuss the Evil Lord Zed Vecna.

On the Star Trek front, they discuss the trappings of these kinds of network shows, Star Trek's propensity to spend half of the episode reading measurements to the audience, and the nature of language and how we communicate ideas.

  • A Silly Bullsh*t Field Trip, Out of Office Emails, and Things Get Stranger
    2026/01/25
The whistle blows at the factory, and Matt and Josh talk about their fun tin-type photography field trip, the origin of their best friendship, and Josh's out of office emails.

They then finally pop the champagne cork on Matt's journey into Stranger Things with his thoughts up through season 3, including his feelings about Billy, his feelings on the famously hated episode 8 of season 2, and the strange relationships of fandoms with the content they center around.

Shout out to Ricky Willis, https://www.rickyxwillis.com/ , if you live in the Cincinnati area, and want a cool photography experience that's unique, hit him up!

  • Hearing and Saying Things
    2026/01/23
In this episode, in-keeping with our ineptitude, Matt's mic goes on vacation. But coming down the conveyor belt in the factory is Matt's and Josh's promises to each other to watch each other's shows (the lingerie of friendship), the bold choice to not have intro or outro music (laziness), AI bigotry, and how nothing important should be on the internet.

Also on the factory floor: Podcast Cuckoldry, Dog Movies, and the Sadness of Cincinnati Bengals fans

  • It's All Silly, Maximum Effort, Human Creativity, and the Vegetables of Experience
    2026/01/15
Welcome back to the official podcast of being a human organism on earth!

In this shift, Josh and Matt dig into their terrible levels of effort, understanding why some people in service jobs shouldn't be expected to care, and Josh being a Pajamaman.

Also on the factory floor is littered with school pizzas, internet nonsense the Guinness Book of World Records, and the importance of being bored.

  • Wishes, Motivation, Alien Archeologists, and The Scam Based Economy
    2026/01/08
Matt and Josh lost the plans for the new widget off the factory, so instead, they go in with no plan! Join us as we haphazardly wind our way through topics such as a unplanned sketch about a genie lamp, alien archeologists and the record of us they'll find, our triumph over a lack of motivation to bring you the thing you didn't ask for, and the fact that everything is a scam.

We also explore the idea of how much shit we produce that's destiny is just to be trash, how the official podcast for a media property is always bullshit, and the 2 potential paths for how you listen to a podcast in the future. You know, for whatever it's worth.

  • Great Music People Should Be Listening To, And Weirder Stuff
    2026/01/06
In this episode, Josh brings the music he's digging on lately into the factory in his metal lunchpail, as well as a shared sadness he and Matt have about the revelations of Neil Gaiman.

Weaved into this is the madness of discussion on No Nut November, the film Delirious, the Emporer of America, and the weird psychology behind OnlyFans creators who do dick ratings.

Shoutout to the creators discussed in the episode:

  • Welcome to the Factory Floor - The Naked Gun
    2025/12/30
In this episode, Josh and Matt cut the ribbon on the Silly Bullsh*t factory with a dive into the new Naked Gun movie, which leads to a discussion about the concept of the spoof movies of old, the travesty of the "Movie" movies throughout the 2000s, and where we feel this one lands on the spectrum.

Ancillary topics such as the economy of feet pics, the fact there are too many Joshes out there, the Chili Dog unit of weight, and the nobility of a heist.
