    Today's special episode is a live coaching experience with Nadeen Siddiqui.
    Listen in as Nadeen gets coaching around feeling scared and experiencing disapproval.
    Where she ends up is more agency, more curious and lots of Self Kindness!

    We begin with talking about this feeling of having a foot in two worlds, two identities - the old version and a new emerging version

    Seeing her journey as being a caterpillar going through the cocoon experience into flight of the butterfly

    And then noticing that flight feeling can be intimidating


    Seeing the personal growth and life transformation she really wants - seeing two different paths she can choose, not dedicating to any one path


    Finding the nuggets of wisdom even from feelings of anxiety and worry

    Where and how she feels it in her body - the spine and the upper back

    Or when it feels like hands on her shoulders that are keeping her in one place!

    Why is awareness important, when you are aware of the fear, anxious, worry?

    What to do when we are noticing fear and we don’t want to be a scared person.


    Listen as Nadeen moves herself through the feeling of fear into curiosity and agency

    Using self inquiry, They are disappointed/ disapprove with me

    She asks, "How does my body communicate with me when I’m being kind to myself?"
