Some closing messages and a big thank you for listening over the years. This podcast has gotten me through some of the toughest times of my life and in the process of overexposing myself, I've gained a profound understanding of spirituality, connection, and evolution. Saying goodbye is hard, but moving forward is exciting.

Today I’m joined by my friend, comedian Venessa Peruda to talk about her bold new one-woman show “All the Rage” an exploration of women’s anger. We dive into the cultural conditioning that teaches us to suppress our righteous rage and unpack what it really looks like to reclaim it. We explore the emotional disguises anger can wear—like sadness, guilt, or anxiety—and how to begin recognizing when your anger is hiding in plain sight. We also invite listeners to become curious about their own relationship with anger and how expressing it might actually lead to deeper self-trust and healing.

Plus, we get into ancient archetypes like the Egyptian lioness goddess Sekhmet, and share a few thoughts on the quiet wisdom of cat ownership.

Don’t miss it, or Venessa’s show:

A hysterical commentary on the overworked and underpaid, tiring, objectifying, assaulting and suffocating anger that women experience. The show plays as a workshop where we scream at the history of women's second-class citizenry and laugh at the impossible double standards we can't escape. Told through characters like the Kardashians, true-crime podcasters and anger doulas. Together we will cackle and conspire over the truth that our anger is actually our most powerful emotion and humor can be the secret to unlocking it all.
