Jason Burns has always been a curious individual and so the opportunity to spotlight the people he’s met over the years was one he had to embrace. His home province of Saskatchewan has a wealth of talent and stories. The stories he learned were ones that he knew would have an audience. That’s how the SaskatchewRun Podcast came to be and now it’s a project that is fulfilling and meaningful for Jason. It was awesome hearing all about him and why he does what he does!
My SaskatchewRun appearance:
Our new theme music:
Massive shoutout to A Brothers Fountain! The Colorado based indie band has allowed us to use their song “Get Your Ass Outside” as our theme music. How cool is that?! I’m so grateful to Justin Fountain for responding to my email so quickly and being so generous and of course to the rest of the band, AJ Fountain, Ryan Guillen, Roel (Ro) Calvillo, Graham Good, Chris More, Bret Rindt, Trevor Davis and Zach Baumann. We even let the song play out at the end of this episode so you can appreciate how damn good it is!
The Miller Minutes:
The final episode before my Fat Dog 120 journey was supposed to drop this Thursday. Now Andrew and I will be chatting about what to do when your goal suddenly disappears. We are thinking of all those people directly affected by the fires.
The show is always around 10 minutes and features Andrew coaching me towards my goals. He does it in a way that zooms out beyond just me and there are lessons for everyone in there. Here is last month’s episode to get you caught up:
