    Delve into the mind of a Video Game Developer as this week, we talk with Tulley Rafferty about his background in the field. From working at Telltale Games to twitch.tv and what exactly goes into developing, designing and programming a game. I had the pleasure of working with Tulley o a few 48hr Film Projects over the years, so when it was time for him to make his own video game with live action elements, it was a no brainer to team up again. Viral Media Network produced the Video Production elements to his new experimental independent game called Splinter. VMN secured location, crew, gear as well as assisted with storyboarding, 2D graphic elements & other coordination. We chat about that experience as we shot all of the scenes over the course of 4 weekends. Then he programmed the game side of it with a few colleagues over the course of a few months.
