Jennifer is the creator of Sacred Pause, a space devoted to supporting others through grief, healing, and life’s in-between moments. After the death of her daughter and navigating profound personal losses afterward, she finally said enough is enough and began searching for ways to come back to herself. Through her own healing journey, she felt called to create something that honors the messy, nonlinear process of becoming.

Through Sacred Pause, she offers a grounded, heart-centered presence where people can reconnect with themselves, feel seen, and begin again—without pressure, timelines, or expectations. The biggest takeaway from her journey was that no one should have to navigate grief alone. And that is the center of her mission.
