On the RX3 Podcast, Salma Kanu shares honest, fresh, and straightforward perspectives on life, love, health, wealth, success, relationships, religion, faith, and the world we live in. She discusses these subjects as she sees them, drawing from her experiences, observations, and feelings at the time. God and spirituality are often a major part of these reflections. The podcast does not present any one perspective as the only answer or tell listeners what to think. Its purpose is simply to offer a different perspective and give listeners something to think about.

Some people say they do not like change, but sometimes the real problem is that the good idea did not come from them. In this episode of the RX3 Podcast, Salma shares how a digital workflow she helped build was rejected before COVID, only to become necessary when the world changed. She talks about workplace politics, resistance to better processes, why people cling to what is familiar, and the difference between criticizing change and refusing to evolve. Change is coming either way. The question is whether you will adapt or get left behind.

One man helped clean up a neglected river and was threatened with prosecution. Another went into Walmart to pay for strangers’ groceries and ended up banned for life from Walmart, Sam’s Club, and Murphy USA.

Yes, both organizations have explanations. The Environment Agency says the river work went beyond picking up litter, and Walmart says its decision was about previous policy violations, not charitable giving. Okay, but do those explanations answer everything?

In this episode, Salma asks why the rules suddenly become so important when private citizens take action, why the people responsible for neglected problems don’t seem to face the same consequences, and whether these rules are protecting people or protecting institutions from embarrassment.

Because when kindness becomes suspicious and doing nothing becomes normal, somebody needs to make it make sense.

Some parents want the Parent of the Year trophy for feeding the children they brought into the world, then act shocked when those same children remember the favoritism, comparisons, blame, abandonment, and emotional damage.

In this episode, Salma asks why parents expect equal love and care in old age after spending childhood treating their children unequally. Yes, ungrateful children exist. But not every estranged child is ungrateful, forgiveness does not guarantee access, and children do not reset to factory settings at eighteen.

Before asking why your adult child stopped calling, check the family history. Your kids kept the receipts.
