Are you feeling stuck in a "winter" of the soul? In this episode, Ivory invites us to pause, exhale, and lean into a sacred shift. Respect the Burial What feels like a "grave" in your life is often a "womb." To move into spring, you must accept that some things—expectations, habits, or past seasons—need to die so that new life can be birthed.

Let Go to Grow Like a tree dropping leaves to survive winter, you must release "dead weight" before it breaks you. If you are feeling stagnant, it’s likely because you are carrying something into the new season that God intended for you to leave behind.

Pruning is Proof of Purpose The pain of being "clipped" isn't a setback; it's a setup. Pruning is the evidence that God sees potential for a bigger bloom in your future, allowing you to sing and rejoice even while the cutting is happening.

1. What are you refusing to let die? Is it an old expectation, a fear of the unknown, or a specific way of life that no longer fits?
2. Are you giving "mouth-to-mouth" to a dead season? Identify areas where you are trying to revive something God has asked you to leave in the graveyard of your past.
3. How can you worship in the pruning? Spend time in the "secret place" today, using prayer and music to edify your soul while God does the work of refinement.

• "The heaviness that you’re feeling may have something to do with what you’re refusing to let die."
• "You cannot rise and come away with Him while you are busy digging in the graveyard of your past."
• "Don’t mistake the pain of the clipping and the pruning as a setback... it’s the proof that you are about to bloom bigger than ever before."
