You cannot heal that pain you keep hiding from by adding more sh*t to your to do list.

You cannot become the woman you want to be by distracting yourself everyday.

And you might be blocking what God has in store for you, all because you won't heal. Yes I know, no one wants to talk about what has hurt them and what they have buried in the back of their heads or deep in their stomachs. But one day, and that day will come, you will have to face it. And I hope it won't be the day when everything is working out the way you wanted it to. So, can you heal and hustle? Can you give yourself permission to let go? I know you can.

It is common to hear the phrase: happy wife happy life. This is to make sure there is "stability and peace" in the household.
