In addition to discussing his campaign's priorties, he also expounds on his major problems with his opponent, John Ferretti (R), who is the incumbent Supervisor. On August 25th, Scianablo filed a lawsuit challenging the quick appointment of Ferretti following the retirement of longtime ToH Supervisor Don Clavin and its legality, given the range of advantages that incumbency gives Ferretti in the lead-up to Election Day in November.

The now-defunct company, which was funded by Clippers owner Steve Ballmer, serves toward the belief of potential salary cap circumvention, which NBA commissioner Adam Silver deems a "cardinal sin."
