Each episode will feature a conversation about Body, Mind, and Soul. Who and what you really are ... at your core ... before you manifested into physical form.

I have developed a workshop in my mind that has yet to be rolled out ... until that happens, I am putting out the content by way of this podcast.

The conversations are bite size snippets of the workshop, all about body, mind, and soul, in detail. These conversations span the science to the sacred, in other words ... LIFE. I am intending to produce 2 episodes each week about 15 mins long.

In the words of Dr Joe Dispenza ... "When you change yourself, you change the world."

There will be a bonus episode each week called What's up on planet Earth?

This podcast is about the current energy vibe on planet Earth.

It's a moving parts type conversation that observes all that is happening right now, globally and locally, with humanity, politics, climate, weather, worldwide events, and celestial moments, of our current times, and how it relates to us on an ordinary-everyday-personal level as individual beings. SO, both collectively as a human race, and individually as a human being.

And as Eckhart Tolle says ... "A New Heaven is the emergence of a transformed state of human consciousness, and "a new earth" is its reflection in the physical realm. Since human life and human consciousness are intrinsically one with the life of the planet, as the old consciousness dissolves, there are bound to be synchronistic geographic and climatic natural upheavals in many parts of the planet, some of which we are already witnessing now."

This is a conversation about those upheavals and what's up on planet earth.
