Have you ever had a teacher come into your office with a complaint and thought, "Are you KIDDING me right now?"

You love your teachers. You care about them. You know how hard they work. But sometimes they bring you problems that seem so minor, so obvious, or so easily solved that you can't help feeling frustrated.

And then you feel guilty for being frustrated.

Here's the thing: You're human. You're GOING to get frustrated with your teachers. But what if the real source of your frustration isn't the complaint itself? What if it's what you're assuming the complaint means?

In this episode of the 100 Percent Principal Podcast, I'm sharing a personal story about an employee whose complaints used to drive me CRAZY, until my coach asked me one question that completely changed how I saw her.

We'll explore why the complaint is never the complaint, how our assumptions can keep us from understanding what's really happening with our teachers, and how to turn frustration into something useful.

Because sometimes your frustration is completely justified. But that doesn't mean your assumptions are correct.

In this episode, you'll discover:

• Why it's perfectly normal to get frustrated with your teachers sometimes
• How your assumptions influence the way you interpret teachers' complaints
• The one question my coach asked that completely changed my perspective
• Why the complaint is never the complaint
• How the curse of knowledge makes it harder to see situations from your teachers' perspectives
• How to interrogate your frustration so you can discover and address the real problem
